When disassembling the rear key lock, the assembly exploded into pieces because it was so old and flimsy. It was not a problem and James was able to quickly fix the issue. The rear lock actually required two hands to lock with a rear set up, and James got it working much more smoothly so it can be locked with one hand. My elderly grandmother will now have an easier time locking it now. Highly recommend and I would call James again in the future if I ran into any lock issues.”
